Our goal is for you to receive a response to your message within 48 hours Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Expect longer delays for messages received over the weekend or on holidays. Any messages received after hours, on the weekends or on holidays will be answered the following business day.
